Why should you attend Driving Innovation, the Verint global user conference, in New Orleans on June 18 - 21? Here are six great reasons to register now… along with an attendance justification memo that you can customize and provide to your manager.

1.    You can take advantage of cost-effective, pre-conference training to extend your knowledge of Impact 360® and VoviciTM solutions. You can reap the benefits of solution training and conference attendance, all from a single trip!

2.    You can obtain expert, how-to advice and best practices to address specific technical or business challenges that may be impeding your organization’s performance, productivity, and profits. Want an individualized consultation with one of our technical experts? No problem—just sign up at the registration desk for a “Talk with the Experts” session.

3.    You can exchange ideas with peers from other organizations to get fresh insight into ways to reduce costs, enhance performance, motivate employees, and much, much more. Breakfast roundtable sessions, receptions, and other conference activities are structured specifically to facilitate meeting and interacting with other attendees. No other event offers you this opportunity to mingle and converse with so many Verint users and technical experts at the same time.

4.    You can hear case studies from other users on how they solved real-world business problems with Verint, GMTTM,and Vovici solutions. Many of our session presenters are users, and they’re happy to share their experience and ideas. The conference provides a unique venue for you to take advantage of their expertise.

5.    You can learn more about how other solutions in the Verint portfolio can help your business tackle tough problems—without having to sit through a sales pitch. Check out our solution demos, ask questions, and gather information for yourself, your manager, and your coworkers in other departments.

6.    You can gather additional insight on products or services that complement your Verint solutions at the Technology Showcase. Unlike a traditional trade show, there’s no need to walk up and down aisles for hours, searching for vendors that might be offering solutions of interest to you. The showcase is held on site in a convenient, centralized location, and showcase exhibitors offer relevant solutions in a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Driving Innovation can provide you with ideas and practical strategies that you can implement as soon as you return to the office. Even small enhancements in your business can add up quickly into substantial cost savings or performance improvements that can more than cover the cost of attendance. So don’t delay—register now!

Over 600 enthusiastic attendees recently helped make Driving Innovation™, the Verint® Witness Actionable Solutions® global user conference, a resounding success!

Held May 16 - 19 at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, the conference featured general sessions and presentation tracks designed for specific areas of interest, such as Voice of the Customer Analytics, back-office optimization, and business trends and strategies. Business relationship expert and bestselling author Garrison Wynn entertained the audience with a keynote on “The Real Truth About Success” that was humorous and insightful. Verint CEO Dan Bodner discussed how Actionable IntelligenceTM is changing our world, and Verint Witness Actionable Solutions President Elan Moriah presented an overview of industry trends and their business impact.

Breakout presentations by Verint customers were filled with insight derived from real-world experience, while breakfast roundtable sessions offered the chance to engage in lively discussions about industry issues and best practices. Other highlights included a Technology Showcase, which gave attendees the opportunity to gain firsthand experience with solutions from Verint and a select group of partners. “Meet the Expert” sessions offered the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Verint technical experts, while pre-conference training sessions provided instruction tailored to the needs of system administrators and end users of Impact 360® solutions.

Attendees came from all over the globe, from Australia to the Americas, and represented a wide spectrum of industries, including banking, healthcare, high tech, insurance, telecom, utilities, and more. Their enthusiasm was infectious, helping to make the 2011 conference the best one yet!

Are you heading to our Driving InnovationTM user conference in Las Vegas in May? Now’s your chance to submit questions for what’s sure to be three of the liveliest, most interactive sessions at the event: WFM Smackdown!, QM Cage Match, and – new this year – Analytics Intervention.

During these sessions, a panel of experts will tackle some of the most difficult or widespread problems facing customer service organizations today, with a focus on workforce management (WFM), quality monitoring (QM), or “voice of the customer” analytics (including speech analytics, text analytics, and customer feedback surveys). After our experts respond to a question, we’ll open up the floor for a period of audience participation before moving on to the next question. In previous years, we’ve examined adherence goals, selecting the “right” service levels or behavior metrics, flexible scheduling, and whether compensation should be tied to quality metrics.

Your questions help make these sessions so valuable! If you’d like to suggest a question for discussion, just drop us a line at diconference@verint.com
