Are you heading to our Driving InnovationTM user conference in Las Vegas in May? Now’s your chance to submit questions for what’s sure to be three of the liveliest, most interactive sessions at the event: WFM Smackdown!, QM Cage Match, and – new this year – Analytics Intervention.
During these sessions, a panel of experts will tackle some of the most difficult or widespread problems facing customer service organizations today, with a focus on workforce management (WFM), quality monitoring (QM), or “voice of the customer” analytics (including speech analytics, text analytics, and customer feedback surveys). After our experts respond to a question, we’ll open up the floor for a period of audience participation before moving on to the next question. In previous years, we’ve examined adherence goals, selecting the “right” service levels or behavior metrics, flexible scheduling, and whether compensation should be tied to quality metrics.
